Positive: You can't be the location!! There are several parking garages within a couple blocks. Great restaurants. Super close to the theaters. I love this building and it has a nice outdoor area for relaxing.
Negative: It was better than I expected and I have no complaints.
Summary: It was great. I drove 300 miles for a concert. Easily parked my car and walked to the hotel.
